Pale pink colour. The oak ageing is reflected on the nose as a gentle spiciness that complements the abundant red berries. The exciting palate offers fresh raspberries, blueberries, red currants, tangerines and exotic spices. Creamy texture, hints of vanilla and a bit of tannin add complexity. One half was aged in steel tanks, the other in oak barrels for six months.
